Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with A2Z Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you once you purchase a product on https://a2zservicess.xyz (the “Platform”).


1. Order Processing Time

Dispatch to Courier Same day after packing or next business day Delays may occur during peak season or stock audits.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Uttar Pradesh, India.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Windows

*We reserve the right to change partners based on serviceability and weight/size constraints.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Pre-paid orders ≥ ₹999 (India): Free standard shipping.

  • Pre-paid orders < ₹999 (India): Flat ₹79.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) surcharge: ₹50 irrespective of cart value.

  • International shipping: Calculated at checkout by weight & destination (exclusive of customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable by the customer).


4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is emailed/SMSed within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Status updates may take up to 12 hours to appear on the courier’s portal.

  • For assistance, contact our support with the order number and tracking ID.


5. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

  • Couriers generally make two delivery attempts. If unreachable, the parcel returns to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged after the original shipping fee (and COD surcharge, if any) is repaid.

  • Unclaimed returns are held for 15 days; after that, the order is cancelled and a refund (minus two-way shipping) is issued to the original payment method.


6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address corrections are only possible before dispatch. Email info@a2zservicess.xyz or call +91 87505 43462 immediately.

  • Once handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee rerouting.


7. Damage or Loss in Transit

  • If the outer box is visibly tampered, refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos/video.

  • For concealed damage discovered later, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (see our [Refund & Return Policy] for further steps).

  • We will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a free replacement or refund where eligible.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery estimates are indicative. Events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or customs inspections may extend shipping times. We will keep you informed and work with logistic partners to minimise disruption.


9. Holidays

No pickups or deliveries occur on:

  • National public holidays in India

  • State holidays observed in Uttar Pradesh

  • Sundays

Orders placed during these periods are processed the next business day.
