Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms of Use or by applicable Indian or local laws.
The Platform or Services may contain links to third-party websites; when you access these, you will be governed by their terms of use, privacy policies and other conditions.
By initiating a transaction to avail any Service, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, privacy policy or other policies, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (₹100), whichever is less. Performance may be excused by force-majeure events.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Courts in Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High order volumes may lead to slight delays; if so, we will notify you via email or phone.
